Feasibility and Survey
Preparation of feasibility studies (includes the profit and loss statement of the enterprise, recycling year, cash flow statement, investment expenditure, production plan, operating expenses, financing plan, etc.). It performs the services that the investor will need in determining the place to be invested, evaluating the existing places separately and reporting their advantages and disadvantages, analyzing the climate and meteorological data, examining the economic and demographic structure of the region, researching and reporting the market conditions. Selects the production pattern suitable for the region, makes risk analysis. It provides all the technical support necessary for the manufacturer to create a brand. Preliminary information about the investment is given to the investor in the pre-feasibility. If the investor decides positively on the investment, the full feasibility is prepared.
